Review : Mr. Kurosawa Japanese Restaurant

The facade of Mr. Kurosawa is enticing enough to catch attention. However, it doesn't exude a typical Japanese restaurant vibe. With its stylish contemporary interior, I felt as if this Japanese fusion restaurant feels like a club or a resto-bar.

The best thing about Mr. Kurosawa in libis is that they will make you the wonderful crunchy tuna roll that's on the menu at their sister restaurant. It's the best thing not on the menu, all you need to do is ask. However, though the food is good the air conditioning never seems to be working, and I constantly feel bad for the waitresses having to wear dresses that barely cover their butt. I am sure the owners thought it would be a good idea, but it just comes off as wrong and rather inappropriate. The sushi is always good and the sashimi is super fresh. My personal favourite is the spicy tuna salad, for lunch there is nothing better. Other one that standouts are the crunchy kani roll, and the crispy shrimp that taste so good that you will be disappointed that their are only 5 of them.

They should fixed their air conditioning because customer deserves it. And this restaurant shouldnt be used putting so much sugar to their fruit shakes... its not working and it's freaking me out. The tri color iced tea needs major work too as they all taste like sugar and nothing else.
